Damaged Product Returns:

Steps to initiate a return for a damaged product:

  4. Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for damage. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Damaged Returns:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. However, our 30-day return policy for damaged items does not extend to returns based on personal preference or change of mind.
